Refresh data using the From Folder connector in Power Query in Excel for Mac Power Query is a powerful, time-saving suite of Excel tools that helps you quickly and easily get, shape, and refresh your data. Over the past few years, we’ve continued to add features to Power Query in Excel for Mac, including: Importing data from a SQL Server databaseMany of you have also told us that you would like the ability to refresh data from a folder source. We heard you, now you can too! How it works Open an existing Excel worksheet that contains a report that pulls data from a folder using Power Query. To refresh all reports, select: data > Refresh all. Refresh all report data in Excel for Mac Or you can choose: data > Refresh Get the latest data from the folder source. Tips and Tricks effectiveness This feature is rolling out to Mac Beta Channel users running version 16.86 (Build 24051217) or later. Not yet? It’s probably us, not you.
