I’m Priya Ganta from the Outlook for Mac team. If you, like me, have multiple email accounts set up in Outlook or have long been reluctant to add your personal accounts to your work Outlook, I have good news for you! I’m excited to announce a new feature available in Outlook for Mac that will help you create a more uninterrupted experience across multiple accounts. Profiles in Outlook for Mac Outlook Mac now lets you create profiles. For example, you can create one profile for your work account and one profile for your personal account. Then, if you choose your work profile, Outlook won’t bother you with notifications from your personal email account. Likewise, if you choose your personal profile at home, Outlook won’t bother you with work-related emails. With one click or press control+tag Using the key, you can switch between Outlook profiles in seconds. You can even automate the switch with Siri automation. Switching to your personal profile after 6pm on a weekday and then back to your work profile at 8am is just one example. Create a profile in Outlook for Mac Until now, you couldn’t mute notifications by account or show only certain accounts when in focus mode. Now, with profiles, you can: Set a theme for your work profile using different colors than your personal profile. Switch between different Outlooks to balance your work and life. For example, you can switch to your personal profile after 6 p.m. on a weekday and switch back to work at 8 a.m. the next day. Set up as many profiles as you need to best manage your time and inbox. Defines different Outlook window appearances for different profiles. Connect your email account to Apple’s Focus Filters in Outlook for Mac. The possibilities are endless! Please follow these steps to create your profile(s): Once your profile is created, you’ll be able to see it in your navigation bar.
