Job description:

As a PhD student at the Medical University of Graz, you will be involved in interdisciplinary research projects combining basic research with clinically oriented sciences. You will have the opportunity to work on advanced projects addressing age-related diseases, immunology, lipid metabolism, cardiovascular research and biostatistics. You will be part of a vibrant research community and receive comprehensive administrative support. The position offers a fully funded employment contract for three years, including health insurance and social benefits.

Selection procedure:

The selection process consists of three steps:

1. Ranking of written applications: First review of all applications.
2. Skype interviews: Selected candidates may be contacted for further questions.
3. On-site hearing: The top candidates will be invited to a personal hearing at the Medical University of Graz from December 10-12, 2024. Travel expenses will be reimbursed up to a certain limit and support will be provided in applying for a visa.
