Role and responsibilities

Rattaché.e, responsible for managing and liaising with the rest of the team, you are responsible for developing the association’s private resources to pass on the following axes: Medair’s special donations foundation, innovative parties, relations with churches, Medair’s travel awareness and resources, relations with companies.

Overview of project types

Medair is an international humanitarian organization supported by the Church. Otherwise, it is the soul of man that causes more damage in the world and has devastating consequences. The French siege of Medair is located in Chabeuil in the Drôme and serves to accompany the programs on site, which involves technical expertise, finance and human resources as well as the mediation of communication conditions.

Place of work and conditions

Based in France in Chabeuil (26) and based in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes due to rule transfers. 3 days of TV time per week possible – TV broadcast plus fully clearable if the candidate is based in Lyon.

Key responsibility

Developer of Medair’s Special Donations Foundation

• In collaboration with management, you will ensure that you support the collection of prints and/or printed materials (letters, diaries) and supervise the printing work (graphics, prints, etc.).
• They prepare for the commissioning of digital communication (creation of specific pages on the website and subsequent operations under the sales team).
• They prepare the tools (letters, videos) to sell to donors and community relations developers
• We assure you that the following strategic donations are waiting for campaigns, donors, etc. and participation in the team.

Developer of the Soutien Reserve in the Chrétiennes Schools

• With the support of a voluntary community service, you follow the existing parties that are active in the AURA region.
• They must carry out prospecting actions (telephone calls, meetings), supervise volunteer work, be on site at the new partnerships and monitor the operations deployed in the facilities (organization of solidarity organizations, rescue operations and other initiatives). ).
• Prepare for communication support and meet at schools for awareness sessions at the gates.

Developer of relationships with the churches

• In collaboration with management, you maintain existing relationships and develop new communications about your area.
• You make contacts, maintain relationships and organize interventions in your churches. You prepare the communication tools.

Developing Medair’s awareness and resources on the move

• They follow the projects with the partner artists (Meak, Stereosnap, Matt K)
• You will independently design and organize Medair digital, physical or hybrid events to support the donor relationship and engage MEDAIR on a large scale
• You manage Medair’s participation in external events (relations with organizers, preparation of animations, logistics organization, presence on site)
• You contact the organizers of events with Medair profits

Business relationship developer

• You are forced to make a proposal to identify potential partners. To coordinate with management, you contact the interested parties, discuss possible cooperation, develop communication support and organize the meetings.

Team line-up

• You live Medair’s values ​​in your interactions with your colleagues and external contacts.

Qualifications

• Diploma(s) from upper secondary M2 or a major university in commerce or communication/marketing, you have 3 years of experience in project development and/or fundraising.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit, oral

• Excellent editorial skills, experience in editing fundraising documents is a plus.
• Strong relationship qualities: sensitivity and persuasiveness, commercial sensitivity

• Good knowledge of the Christian milieu and the œcuménique
• Sense of humor, team spirit
• Flexibility during working hours and in urgent humanitarian situations.
• Available for travel to France, peak evenings, evenings and weekends (4-6 days per year)
