Apply for Public Library Infrastructure Grant – Australia

purpose

• Applications that position the library as a prominent community space (including appropriate communal areas) and projects that increase or improve library space to increase access to collections, technology, services, and programs are particularly encouraged.

Funding Information

• Amount of support: Up to $500,000

Eligible Projects

• The target projects are as follows:
  • Library buildings and spaces
  • Mobile Library
  • IT and digitalization projects
  • Cooperative library development activities
  • This project supports public libraries to support the NSW Government’s Creative Communities Policy.

Qualification criteria

• The NSW local council that adopted the Libraries Act 1939 and provides public libraries under that Act.
