I’m Ekta Dwivedy, a Product Manager on the PowerPoint Mobile team. I’m excited to tell you about a new feature in PowerPoint for iPhone and iPad that lets you highlight all the text on a slide! Highlight all text in PowerPoint for iOS We’ve had a lot of requests for this feature in PowerPoint for iPhone and iPad, and it’s finally here! Now you can highlight all the text in a text box, table, or shape on a PowerPoint slide. You can also undo all the highlighting that someone else added (a feature that wasn’t available on iOS before). How it works Here’s how to highlight text in PowerPoint on your iOS device: On iPhone Select the text you want to highlight and tap it. highlight Click the icon on the toolbar above your keyboard (next to the Font Color option). You can even choose your own highlight color! Select the text you want to highlight in PowerPoint for iPhone Apply the desired highlight color in PowerPoint for iPhone On iPad Tap highlight You can either select Options from the ribbon on the Home tab, or choose a highlight color from the pop-up menu. Highlight Text in PowerPoint for iPad effectiveness This feature is available to Office Insiders running Version 2.63 (Build 22062602) or later. Features are released over time to ensure everything works smoothly. They are released slowly to a larger number of Insiders, highlighting features you may not have. Sometimes we remove elements based on your feedback to make them even better.
