Premiere Urgence Internationale(PUI) It is an international Ayuda organization without governor, without money, apolitics and religion. Our team is affected by civil society, victims of marginalization and exclusion, or people affected by natural disasters, wars and economic collapses, and responds to their fundamental needs. Our goal is to direct emergency care to people with which they can regain their dignity and restore self-sufficiency. The association led a media report last year of 200 projects in the following intervention sectors: food security, health, nutrition, construction and rehabilitation of infrastructure, water, sanitation, hygiene and economic recovery. The Misión PUI Colombia has been officially operating since January 2019 and focuses on the urgent needs of migrants and refugees from Venezuela, as well as vulnerable Colombians. It has already happened that it is a multisectoral and integrated program focused on health, life, protection, food and water security, hygiene and sanitation, as well as programs in the Norte de Santander, Santander and Arauca areas.

General

Under the supervision of the Head of Mission, the Earth Coordinator is responsible for the overall functioning of the base, the articulation of the project(s) and the correct application of the programs foreseen in the work areas, points of attention for the geographical area and the monitoring of the Colombian mission

We know that we are part of our equipment. We are in the school of a professional graduate and have a link to the humanitarian operation: project management, technical training linked to one of our intervention sectors, people repatriation management, financial management. I must match with 5 years of previous experience in project management, equipment management, security management, experience in humanitarian work or in the displacement of immigrants and/or refugees in the conflict zone.

PRINCIPLES ACTIVIDADES DEL CARGO

GARANTIZAR LA SEGURIDAD DE LOS BIENES, LAS PERSONAS DE LA BASE Y PUNTOS DE ATENCION

• Make sure that the security plan for the base is implemented and that the whole world will know and understand it (both expatriates and locals).
• We ensure the secure compilation of the relative data on your premises, undertake the analysis and immediately provide your manager with regular or ad hoc payments in urgent cases.
• Make sure you have the necessary materials and people adequately available to ensure optimal safety of equipment, materials and beneficiaries.
• Alert the missionary if there is any danger to the equipment or beneficiaries.
• In the event of a security incident (whether produced or circumvented), you must ensure that the information is communicated to the Lord’s Order and respectfully inform the PUI’s instructions.

GUARANTEE LA APLICACIÓN DE LOS PROGRAMAS Y PROPONER NUEVAS INTERVENCIONES.

• Make sure that the programs work on the right path across the earth (indicate destinations, respect places, provided, contract information …) and inform the missionary representative
• Establish a formal coordination system that will guide you across the earth (meetings, written communications…) and inform the missionary
• Ensure the correct archiving of all generated documents related to the project or projects and guarantee the availability of the verification options required by the owners.
• Suggest new interventions and discuss with the missionary.
• Participate in the identification of the necessary requirements based on the agreed reference dates and with the approval of Jefe de Mison
• At the time of defining new operational activities, you will coordinate the work of the relevant technical departments and the administrative and logistics equipment, with a view to preparing complete projects and complying with the donation formats and internal standards of the PUI. .

SUPERVISOR A LOS EQUIPOS DE PERSONAL NACIONAL & INTERNACIONAL AT THE BASE.

• Supervision of all national and international equipment on the basis
• Focus on the work of emigrants at the grassroots level, followed by the realization of your objectives and the implementation of interim and final evaluation results.
• Participate in the contract procedure, as in a relevant decision related to the cancellation of the contract agreements by the local official.
• We guarantee the provision of the internal PUI regulations on the basis.
• It includes the management of human resources on site, in particular the control of information, the preparation, updating and archiving of the necessary human resources management.
• Ensure that all employees on site submit an evaluation that has been available for at least one year and one contract period.(
• Take responsibility for the integration of all new employees in the company, paying particular attention to explaining and understanding the application context of the program, safety standards, logistics, administration and RR processes. • Implementation of educational programs for personal expatriates and locals (organizational, methodological, technical, in your case, organization of training sessions…).

GARANTIZAR EL APOYO LOGÍSTICO, ADMINISTRATIVO AND FINANCIERO DE LA BASE

• Ensure that the base is equipped with the minimum infrastructure (offices and living) necessary for the ejection of manpower and equipment equipment in optimal safety conditions.
• Supervise the vehicle fleet and ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all relevant equipment.

• It is responsible for editing the information of the donors of the programs broadcast on Su base. Informs the editors in whole or in part of it (which implies the consolidation of the technical departments edited by the responsible technicians and the specialists of their base).
• Please inform the internal and external service of the contract to the competent authorities (situation and incident information) and external contracting parties (project information).
• Organize the bidirectional dissemination of information: from the base to the Earth Coordination and from the Earth Coordination to the base (periodic and ad hoc information).
• Support the internal meetings with coordination and active participation.
