The program aims to support children and young people’s own projects and strengthen their organizing power, influence and participation in political, cultural and social activities. Projects eligible for funding must address culture, social issues and/or politics. Funding Information For projects involving at least three (3) Nordic countries, you can apply for up to EUR 50,000. For projects involving two (2) Nordic countries, you can apply for up to EUR 10,000. Who is eligible for funding? You can apply for support for projects or networks that consist of cultural, political and social activities where children and young people can actively participate in the process and have a say in the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. Project partners should always encourage democratic participation and ensure that children and young people involved in the project have a greater impact on the project. Qualification criteria Grants will be awarded to: Organizations, groups, local governments, institutions, associations and networks. Norden 0-30 supports projects with partners in two (2) or three (3) Nordic countries. For projects involving two (2) Nordic countries, one of them must be Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands or the Åland Islands. At least three (3) Nordic countries must participate in projects consisting of three or more countries. In this case, Denmark, Finland, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Åland Islands are considered Nordic countries. Applicants do not need to be young, but should represent or have experience working with children and young people. It is also considered particularly important if the project involves cooperation with parties from Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Åland or North Calote. In this context, North Calote means the Norwegian provinces of Finnmark, Nordland and Troms, the Swedish province of Norrbotten and the Finnish region of Lapland. In addition to the above, cooperation with Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia may be included in the application. Disqualification criteria Funding is not available in the following cases: Organizations or networks that do not have experience working with children and young people and do not form part of this work. individual sports organization A commercial project or commercial activity aimed at generating financial gain.
