What’s new in Viva Insights by info.odysseyx@gmail.com October 1, 2024 written by info.odysseyx@gmail.com October 1, 2024 0 comment 9 views 9 Viva Insights Public Preview Release for Viva Glint Integration Earlier this summer, we began rolling out an integration between Viva Glint and Viva Insights, allowing customers to send their Viva Glint survey results to Viva Insights. This integration allowed our customers to combine two data sources to get a more complete picture of their employees’ work experience. For example, HR analysts can see how Glint engagement survey responses relate to collaboration activities measured by Viva Insights. The integration now also works with: different Customers can export Viva Insights data to Viva Glint. This expanded integration allows customers to share specific Viva Insights metrics about their employees with Viva Glint. This adds an additional layer of data about how employees work to the employee feedback data collected within Viva Glint. Therefore, this new integration helps provide a clearer picture of employee sentiment and what may be driving their survey responses. For example, the Glint Heatmap report shows how Viva Insights metrics like collaboration time and network size impact employee engagement. For example, you might find that smaller teams that spend more time collaborating during typical work hours are more engaged than other teams. This integration is currently in public preview. To better understand all the benefits of this integration and the steps to set it up, Microsoft Copilot Dashboard Trendline Feature We’ve launched a number of new features to the Copilot dashboard to enhance the quality of insights and provide new types of data points to help customers better understand the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its impact on their business. For example, new visual trend lines can help you track your company’s Copilot adoption and impact trends over the past six months. Graphs help you see overall adoption metrics, such as the number of Copilot licensed employees and active users. You can also easily see how much time Copilot has saved, how many emails have been sent with support, and how many meetings have been summarized. Depending on your license, filters allow you to sort insights by individual metrics, and you can also take a deeper look at trends by group, organization, or function. Co-pilot assistance time metrics in Analyst Workbench Copilot dashboards are available as part of your Microsoft 365 Copilot license and do not require a Viva Insights premium license. but, with A premium Viva Insights license gives customers access to expanded datasets within the Copilot dashboard, including group-level metrics, a longer Copilot usage dataset, and the ability to customize active Copilot customizations. Additionally, the new Copilot support time metrics included in the Copilot dashboard can be queried in the Viva Insights Analyst Workbench. This means analysts can add this metric to employee queries to gain a deeper understanding of how well employees collaborated using Copilot. Metrics are calculated based on employee work in Copilot and a multiplier derived from: Microsoft study of Copilot users. Learn more about these and other new features.
