Seamlessly integrated into everyday tools in Microsoft 365 and Teams, Copilot for Sales leverages the power of generative AI and customer data to keep workflows flowing so sellers can spend more time with their customers. This month, we’re excited to announce the launch of Email Banner*, which allows you to: Quickly update CRM data – Right from your email message! * In the new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web, up to two external emails appear per day. The features highlighted below are included in this month’s release of Copilot for Sales. It may take time for certain features to reach all tenants in each market. In Outlook Streamline CRM tasks with actionable message banners in Outlook Effectively managing important day-to-day CRM tasks, such as adding new contacts or leads or saving customer emails, is critical to maintaining productive customer relationships. But these Tasks can often be overlooked. When exchanging emails with customers in Outlook, sellers may not be aware that they can use Copilot for Sales to complete these tasks, or they will have to navigate the sidecar themselves to complete them. To simplify this process and ensure you don’t miss any important CRM updates, we’ve introduced: Actionable Message Banner Directly within the seller’s Outlook inbox. When reading emails from external customers, these banners Surface Contextual Prompts guiding the seller do important work Directly through Copilot for Sales Add a new contact or lead and Save emails to CRMIt all helps sellers stay organized and save valuable time. Each banner is relevant to the email being displayed, and only relevant content and actions are displayed. Clicking on an action takes the seller directly to the appropriate environment in Sidecar to complete the task. Your banner will appear in a maximum of 2 external emails per day per user. Banners and other canvas experiences are only available in the new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web.
