The features highlighted below are included in the July release of Copilot for Sales. It may take time for certain features to reach all tenants in each market.

In Outlook

Easily share key email information from Outlook to Teams

Today, sellers struggle to efficiently share important customer information received via Outlook with sales team members in Teams. Currently, they manually copy and paste the information, search for the appropriate recipients, and then start a chat or post to the appropriate channel in Teams to share the information.

This release introduces: Share seamlessly to Teams In Outlook, help your sales team quickly start Teams discussions with up-to-date and relevant information to move deals forward in the sales workflow. Now, sellers can:

  • Share important email information With colleagues in Teams
  • Add introduction text Before sharing
  • Review and edit key email information Before sharing
  • Share wherever you want in Teams ─ With people, in group chats, or in Teams channels

Full language support in proposed CRM update

Sellers are busy and updating business-critical information directly from their CRM requires manual work. By incorporating the ability to update their CRM into their workflow and providing quick updates, sellers can save time and increase efficiency.

This month we are excited to announce the launch of: Additional language support for proposed CRM updates. Prior to this release, four languages ​​were supported. With this expansion, Copilot for Sales can provide suggested updates in 10 languages* for:

  • Changes in monetary value (budget, revenue, fees, etc.)
  • Change timeline
  • Stage progression changes depending on the opportunity.

The fields that a seller can update depend on their CRM permissions and the editable fields that the administrator has enabled. Calculating the fields deep links all other scenarios to the CRM.

Stay informed of activities ahead of time with meeting preparation notes and recent emails

Sellers and sales managers preparing for meetings often sift through vast amounts of data from a variety of sources, including their CRM, a time-consuming and sometimes overwhelming activity. This can lead to information overload and difficulty prioritizing the most relevant details for the meeting.

We’re excited to announce two new meeting preparation features that will help sellers and sales managers stay ahead of the most impactful activities! Starting in the July release:

  • all Meeting Preparation Card will be sent About 1 hour* ago When the meeting starts, not when the meeting starts. (Administrator configuration settings coming soon!)
  • A recent meeting preparation email included: Information about the last two emails that shared the same external contact A person participating in a meeting.

*Cards will appear 45 to 75 minutes before the meeting start time.
