Video editing in Clipchamp

Hello, Microsoft 365 Insiders! I’m so excited to share some exciting updates we’ve been busy making at Clipchamp over the past month.

Clipchamp updates make video editing easier

We’d like to share an overview of three new features and improvements that will make your editing experience richer and more enjoyable.

In particular, our team has been working hard to add new AI editing tools, improve the audio library, and make it easier to edit media. We think these updates will change the way you create and edit content, and we hope you try them out.

Remove silence

This new AI feature from Clipchamp can remove boring long silences in an instant. Find, trim, and remove silences. Remove silent portions of audio Or video files. This is perfect for anyone who wants to clean up podcasts, conferences, interview videos and voiceovers without having to waste time tediously editing out bits of silence.

To try it out, select a track item and click on it. AI suggestions Click the button on the toolbar and choose to review and remove silences one by one or remove them all at once.

It’s free to all customers with a personal account. This feature is starting to roll out to customers with a Work account.

New and exclusive audio tracks

Our content library has seen a huge improvement in the quantity and quality of audio tracks. You can now find over 200 new exclusive stock audio tracks, intros and outros, 30 and 60 second versions, to use as background music for your next video. These songs, available exclusively on Clipchamp, are provided by artists and are so catchy that you’ll be swaying to the beat of your video while you edit.

What’s more, they’re all copyright-free and free to use. You can listen to the entire library of new tracks. In our stock library And read more about it here.
