I’m Kat Orevillo, a Product Manager on the Loop team. I’m excited to announce that you can now upload Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF files to your Loop workspace to streamline your workflow and give your team all the context they need to collaborate better. Now upload the file to your Loop workspace. According to your feedback, many of you use multiple file types (including Loop files) to collaborate with your team, manage projects, or gather knowledge about a topic. Now, you can bring all of these files together in your Loop Workspace using the “Upload Files” option! How it works Go to the Loop app https://loop.cloud.microsoft Go to your workspace. Choose + Create new > File Upload Access files on your device and network shares. Add Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files to your Loop workspace using the “Upload File” option. Select the files you want to upload to your Loop workspace and select: open. Once the upload is complete, the file will appear along with other pages and links in your workspace. Tips and Tricks This feature supports uploading Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF files. memo: Each file cannot exceed 250GB in size. This feature supports multiple file uploads. Selecting multiple files at once will speed up the process. Uploaded files are stored in OneDrive for Business. My Files > ring > Upload your workspace. effectiveness This feature has been fully released to preview audiences among Microsoft Loop users. Not yet? It’s probably us, not you. Features are released over time to ensure everything works smoothly. They are released slowly to a larger number of Insiders, highlighting features you may not have. Sometimes we remove elements based on your feedback to make them even better.
