Upcoming design updates: Microsoft Purview Message Encryption Portal

The Microsoft Purview Message Encryption Portal is getting a minor design update to align with Purview branding. Microsoft will be updating fonts, colors, controls, etc. to align with the Purview brand. These changes are designed to improve your user experience without causing disruption. Microsoft plans to begin rolling out the changes in mid-October 2024 and complete by mid-December 2024.

Users will see minor design changes within the user interface (UI). Fonts, colors, controls and more are updated to align with the Purview brand.

The ‘Reply’ editor has also been updated.

1. The bottom button bar has been removed.
2. Moved the emoji button to the format bar.
3. Formatting options buttons have been relocated to the top bar.
4. Updated the Insert Table control to accept size input.
