About : Action against Faim

Presented in the French Ile-de-France and in Marseille, ACF agitates in France with a dynamic application and complementarity with the actors fighting against exclusion, expense and inadequacies. We must rely on a solid international experience and guarantee the safety of food against particularly fragile objects. ACF works by characterizing food safety and installing it in a place where everyone has access to sufficient, healthy and long-lasting food.

ACF agitates in France on 3 levels:
– At the level of actors in access to food: diagnosis of profiles and needs and support in changing operating modalities
– At the level of territories: application to the coordination and management of actors’ rights for a multidimensional approach
– At the level of public policy: influence technology and education for the management of nutrition

We are looking for a coordination of travel programs to ensure the quality, relevance and innovation of Mission France’s programs and to accompany and coordinate the equipment in its definition, design and capitalization.

Under the supervision of the Directrice Pays – Mission France, your role serums of:

Contributor in the definition of the mission strategy and the operational decision
Analyze the context and follow it
Contributing to the definition and implementation of the operational strategy and the annual action plan, providing opinions on aspects of programmes and techniques
Contributor to the future and to the harmonization of the strategic mission France with the domestic programs and the ACF porters in Europe
Coordinator of needs identification, formulation of project proposals and cadre of partners associated with projects
Coordinator of needs analysis and project feasibility studies
The buyer is responsible for the project as he is responsible for the cost estimate and the preparation of project and revision proposals
Participant in the management, in the dissemination and in the support of the work on definition tools and subsequent operational partners
I am engaged in the development of research projects and the exploration of modalities of scientific and technical parties
Contributor to funder prospecting
Accompanies the implementation of the project and guarantees the quality and renewability
Coordinator, consolidator, developer, diffuser and technology at the site of the tools and project management process as well as SERA adaptations to the individual activities and intervention contexts
We support you in project management and delivery as well as in issuing operational and technical recommendations (and are warned of major difficulties).
We support the equipment engineering and guarantee the compliant technology and the legal validity of the programs (including RGPD) as well as the coordination of the relevant applications
From time to time, the supervisor leads the preparation and implementation of projects on site and includes cooperation with the actors sought
Ensures the quality of reporting and capitalization of projects and guarantees the coordination and internal dissemination of apprentices
Participant in the representation and active participation of the ACF in the coordination of external national and local sites and ensuring the location and/or consolidation of national partnerships
Manager of the teams

Profile:

You have a Master’s degree at level 2 in general (international relations, political science) or specialise in international development/health for humanitarian aid or in an area of ​​ACF technical expertise.
You have approximately 7-8 years of experience in managing humanitarian projects or in development, social assistance and/or food democracy in France, with approximately 4 years in the coordination position.
You have skills in mobilizing and animating a partner network, as well as in mobilizing internal resources and capitalizing on further developing practices and adapting strategies.
You have a lot of work behind you, showing success in management and strengthening your skills and supporting the team. You have excellent leadership skills.
You have very good skills in analysis, synthesis, strategic reflection and definition of positioning and presentation.
They are aware of and interested in the political, economic and social context in France, including the situation of people in great need in France and the interventions of associated actors.

Conditions d’après
Statutes: Cadre Intégré – CDD of 12 September 2025 – Temps plein
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: 40,000 to 49,000 euros per year for 13 months of experience
Benefits:21 days RTT
Gift voucher, prepayment: price subject to a fee of 80% of the ACF
Salary support arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Transport compensation: 50% of the rental price at the place of residence and at the place of work
Compensation for entrance tickets in the restaurant (ticket now available): 60% of the entrance price worth 8 euros

It is definitely necessary that this post represents a mandatory presence during the siege for at least 12 days after the month
