Here are some scenarios where the “Scheduled Prompts” feature is especially useful:

Prefer to run prompts on demand? You can also save prompts to your prompt library and run them whenever you want with the click of a button.

Immediate: “Provide a list of all action items in order of priority. List due dates found. Remove items that do not specifically mention me by name. Include stakeholder names, milestone dates, and next steps.”

Starts a new prompt. Click the “New Prompt” button to start the task.

Here are some prompts that I find useful: I have found that by adding additional qualifiers I can get accurate and meaningful results.

Please select a time: Select the date and time to send the message.

memo: Once you schedule a prompt, you can always go back later to save, edit, or delete it.

Review and save: Take a look at everything again to make sure everything is good. When you’re ready, click “Save and Activate” and you’re set!

Save prompts using bookmarks

Expert Tips: Create short names for saved prompts so you can use them often, making them easier to find.

Next, you can bookmark frequently used messages so you can use them again and again.

Here’s how:

  • Click on the prompt you have already entered into Copilot.
  • Click the bookmark icon above the prompt.
  • A pop-up will appear allowing you to name your prompt, review it, and save it.

Find, edit, and reuse saved prompts

To find and edit your bookmarked prompts, click “View Prompts” just above the chat box in the upper right corner.

From this screen, you can access Copilot Lab’s popular prompts, as well as any prompts you’ve saved by clicking Saved.

Click on the message card you want to use again in Copilot.

Once the message is added to the chat box, you can edit it or press Send as is. It’s really easy!

Delete a scheduled prompt

Click the three dots in the top right corner of BizChat, then select “Scheduled Prompts” from the drop-down menu.

Hovering over a saved prompt will display a Recycle Bin where you can delete it.

Advanced feature: Edit scheduled prompts using Power Automate:

Click again on the three dots in the top right corner of Copilot BizChat, then select “Scheduled Prompts” from the drop-down menu.

To find and edit scheduled prompts, click the Power Automate icon in the top right.

Click the prompt you want to edit.

Click Edit to access the original message.
