On September 11, we had a deep dive into the transformative power of Viva Glint, People Science, and Viva Insights in understanding and driving organizational change. I was joined by Viva People Scientists Keith Mcgrane, Beth Demko, Jennifer Stoll, and Todd Crutchfield, Principal Data Science Manager at Microsoft. In this session, we covered the nuances of employee sentiment, organizational data, and the innovative use of Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) within Viva Insights.
