About the Role: Telecaller

The Telecaller position is pivotal to our customer support strategy. Our telecallers serve as the voice of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and that our services are communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions
• Achieving daily and monthly call targets

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
