September 2024 Viva Glint Customer Town Hall: Recap & Recording

Earlier this week we held our first Customer Town Hall, where hundreds of customers from around the world and across industries joined us to learn the latest and greatest from Viva Glint.

Preethi Kuppuram, Senior Product Manager, shared product highlights including recently launched features that customers can leverage, including Viva Glint. 360 feedback programConfigure and Export Raw Survey ResponsesAnd the details around it Question level permissions. She also shared information about: Future roadmap featuresThis includes data control for user deletion (September 2024), integration with Teams (October 2024), Glint and Insights integration (November 2024), and Microsoft 365 Copilot for Viva Glint for comment summaries (November 2024). We were then joined by Alex Kevern, Director of People Analytics at PayPal, and a discussion with Chad Bennett, People Science Manager at Microsoft, about how they think about PayPal’s overall listening journey across Viva Glint, Viva Insights, and Viva Pulse. Alex also shared PayPal’s seamless migration experience from LinkedIn Glint to Viva Glint.

Next, Jeff Jokerst, Principal of People Science Consulting, highlighted the benefits of professional services that help clients accelerate their success with Viva Glint.
