Research Fellow – Environment: Unisanté, a pioneering institution in Switzerland, is looking for a dedicated and qualified Research Fellow to join its dynamic Health, Work and Environment Department. Eligibility/Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Environment, physics, chemistry or related fields
• Knowledge of programming, modelling or statistical analysis would be an advantage
• Previous experience in chemical risk assessment
• Knowledge of Python and R programming
• Experience in simulation/modelling and data processing
• Fluent written and spoken English

Job description:
Your main tasks include:

• Participation in the SICHEM project, collaboration with the IT department in the integration of the TREXMO tool into the SICHEM platform
• Identification of sources of exposure data and opportunities for model development and, if necessary, adaptation of the TREXMO algorithms
• Analysis tools for calculating chemical mixtures and ensuring compatibility with SICHEM/TREXMO
• Leading a project to aggregate models of chemical pollutant exposure, contributing to the development of a strategy for aggregating existing models and analyzing and interpreting the results obtained
• Providing expertise for ongoing work and teaching on exposure modelling in the designated area
