Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Bioengineering, Biology, Physiology, or related fields.

Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Develop new cell-culture platforms and tissue models mimicking the kidney microenvironment.
- Use these platforms to culture stem-cell-derived renal cells, creating a functional renal tubular unit.
- Characterize the tubular unit to ensure it accurately replicates kidney tissue functions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and biologists at ETH Zurich and Novartis AG.
- Work in a highly interactive and interdisciplinary field of preclinical testing and drug development.
