Postdoc scholarship at the Zukunftskolleg: The Zukunftskolleg of the University of Konstanz invites applications for three two-year postdoctoral fellowships. These fellowships are aimed at young researchers who want to develop and implement independent research projects. Description of the scholarship: The Zukunftskolleg’s Postdoctoral Fellowship offers young researchers a platform to develop independent research projects. Fellows receive an annual research grant for assistants or equipment, financial support for start-up and travel costs, and support in developing academic skills. Fellows are integrated into a university department and the Zukunftskolleg and have the opportunity for collaboration and interdisciplinary research.

Eligibility:

• Possession of a doctorate awarded between October 31, 2022 and December 31, 2024. Earlier deadlines may be taken into account due to maternity/paternity leave or non-academic activity.
• Must not hold a permanent professorship or an equivalent position.
• The research project must be assigned to a discipline at the University of Konstanz.
• They are encouraged to reflect on the relevance of their research to the UN’s 17 SDGs.
• Extensive international experience in teaching or research and interest in interdisciplinary topics.
• To ensure appropriate affiliation, you must contact potential local academic partners at the University of Konstanz.
