The PhD student will participate in a project aimed at developing machine learning methods for document analysis, dealing with a wide variety of documents, from historical manuscripts to modern blueprints. Tasks will include:

• Conducting experimental and theoretical research.
• Publication and presentation of results at conferences and in scientific journals.
• Collaboration with researchers and archives at home and abroad.
• Possible involvement in teaching activities for up to 20% of the time.
