This month, we’re excited to highlight the steps we’re taking to protect your identity and confidentiality, along with several recently announced environmental improvements for our partners. Channel Securing Partner Center Secure Workspace: The Security workspace in Partner Center provides Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners with a centralized view of all security operations and resources. Two new roles; Security Manager and Security ReaderAdded granular access management without the need for a management agent role. Changes to Azure authentication and fraud discretionary credit criteria: From September 2024, Refund Eligibility Criteria Credit for one-time discretionary credits related to fraudulent activity in individual Azure customer tenants has now been updated to comply with the Microsoft Partner Agreement, including requirements for multi-factor authentication (MFA). To receive credit, MFA must be enabled when fraudulent activity begins. Additionally, from October 2024 Safe Future InitiativeMicrosoft enforces MFA for all users who sign in. Azure portal.
