What’s new on the Viva Glint platform

NEW FEATURE! 360 Feedback Program is now available! The Microsoft Viva Glint 360 feedback program provides insight into an individual’s strengths and opportunities, and focuses on long-term improvement. Instead of relying solely on the perspective of a direct supervisor or manager, 360 invites a variety of perspectives. The 360 ​​feedback program is embedded in the Viva Glint platform.
