Hello, Microsoft 365 Insiders! We’re excited to announce that you can now choose the skin color for the emojis and reactions you want to use everywhere in Teams, including meetings, chats, and channels.

New skin tone settings and responses in Microsoft Teams

Customizing your skin tone with emojis and reactions will help you better express your appearance and express yourself more authentically in virtual meetings and conversations. This contributes to a more comprehensive, personalized and engaging experience.

How it works

1. To change skin tone settings Settings, etc. (…) > setting >Appearance and AccessibilityClick , then select the option you want below. skin tone.

You can also customize the skin color of your Teams emojis and reactions.

The skin color you choose will appear in your reactions in chats, channels, and meetings.

tips and tricks

• You can send a single emoji or reaction with a different skin color without changing its preferences by right-clicking on an emoji or reaction on Windows, Mac, and the web, or by holding down on an emoji or reaction on Android and iOS.

effectiveness

To use the new features, you must be a member of the Teams Public Preview or Microsoft 365 Targeted release and use the new Teams clients for Windows, macOS, web, Android, and iOS. Other meeting participants do not need to be members of the Teams public preview.
