Create form surveys in SharePoint and OneDrive You can now add a Forms survey to create forms directly in SharePoint or OneDrive and it will automatically use the new data sync solution. For personal forms, you can start with OneDrive. For collaborative forms that engage your team, start with SharePoint to keep everyone informed. Create a form survey in SharePoint Create a form survey in OneDrive Create a Forms survey in a Teams channel You can also create forms in Teams channels. There are two ways: You can add a form survey by going to the ‘File’ tab in the tab bar or click the ‘+’ icon to add a form tab. Create a Forms survey in your Teams channel (under “Files”) Add a forms tab to your Teams channel To create a form, redirect to the form.
