This session focused on Copilot and accelerating AI adoption. Team LevelWe’ll build on what we learned in previous sessions to explain how to drive these changes. Organized water level. I was with my colleagues from the entire Viva Glint team. Brian Dobkin (Key Personnel Scientist), Suni Kashibatla (Customer Experience Program Manager) and Julie Morris (Program Manager). Bryan, Suni and Julie, our internal Copilot Champions team, provided an overview of the Copilot adoption initiatives that Viva Glint has been working on. They discussed the strategy behind these initiatives, some practical ideas for strengthening learning, sharing and behavior change around Copilot, and the importance of measuring impact and iterating along the way. Presenters also shared their personal journeys and experiences using Copilot in their personal and professional lives, and included their best tips for teams based on these experiences.
