Dates and Details: 

• Submit your entries between October 10th and October 21st at 11:50 PM PT.

• Voting will be open from October 22nd at 9:00 AM PT until October 31st at 11:50 PM Pacific Time.

• Challenge winners will be announced on November 5th.

• The winning sticker design will be created and distributed in the Community Lounge during the European SharePoint Conference in Stockholm.

• Each winner will receive 100 sticker designs along with various swag items (your design will not be included in the swag). Prizes can be picked up on-site during the European SharePoint Conference in Stockholm from December 2-5 or shipped to those unable to attend.

Challenge Notice and Rules

Welcome to Community Sticker Challenge 2024! We know how much everyone loves stickers and we’d like to invite you to our sticker challenge.

Registered ESPC attendees who are part of the community, including all Microsoft team members, can submit their own designs for new stickers in one of six categories:

1. Community LUV – Design using the phrase or hashtag “Community LUV”
2. Culture – Design that communicates the culture of the M365 community
3. Memories – A design that brings nostalgia to all of us!
4. Insider – Designed for M365 Insiders
5. microsoft 50Day Anniversary – Designs commemorating the upcoming 50th anniversary of Microsoft
6. Local community – design that showcases the unique spirit of Sweden and the Nordic region
    

Important information:
 

1. Submit your entries starting October 11th.Day Until October 21st at 11:50 PM (PST).
2. Voting will take place from October 21st at 9:00 AM (PST) to October 30th at 11:50 PM (PST).
3. Challenge winners will be announced on November 5th.Day.

The winning sticker design will be created and distributed at the Community Lounge/Microsoft booth during the European SharePoint Conference (ESPC) in Stockholm.

Each winner will receive 100 sticker designs along with various swag items (your design will not be included in the swag). Prizes can be picked up on site during the ESPC conference in Stockholm from 3 to 5 December or delivered to those unable to attend.

Microsoft reserves the right to select additional designs for printing and distribution. Community members whose submissions were not selected as winners in their category, but were selected for printing and distribution, will receive 25 stickers in the mail featuring their design.

How to select finalists: 

• All eligible votes will be submitted by the deadline of 11:50 PM PST on October 21st.

• Voting and design factors are taken into consideration when choosing a winner.

 Design criteria: 

1. Messages and design should be positive, inclusive, encouraging, and promote community values.
2. Use of Microsoft or other product names, logos, or trademarked materials is prohibited.
3. Print size must be either 2×2 or 3×2.
4. To qualify, the text must be readable at print size. The size should not be smaller than 12 points.
5. The sticker design is printed on a white background, with any blank areas displayed in white.
6. Sticker designs can be cut into custom shapes, we provide a 1px line for the shape to be cut out. Design at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher for printing. Make sure your file’s color space is set to CMYK. Otherwise the colors may look off.
7. Attach your sticker design file to the Community Sticker Challenge in .png or .jpg format and indicate which label you would like to submit (1-4).

Microsoft reserves the right to disqualify and remove submissions that we determine to be inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with Microsoft Code of Conduct guidelines.
