When did you join the Student Ambassador community? January 2021 What is it like to be a student ambassador? Being an MLSA has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, I’ve made friends that have become family, met amazing people from all over the world, and had amazing experiences at various events and venues. The MLSA team’s first event since Corona. Was there a particular experience that had a profound impact on you while you were participating in the program? And why? I have done a lot of networking, both in person and online, with MLSAs from China, Germany, Pakistan, India and all over Latin America with our PM, Pablo Veramendi. I have made great friendships with great people who have become MVPs, Cloud Advocates, etc. I am proud of the amazing students and professionals we have grown into, all of whom have had a huge impact on me with their stories, experiences and knowledge. MLSA Team Online Meeting. Tell me about the skills you gained as a student ambassador. How did these skills help you in your journey after graduating from college? AI has helped me in most of my school projects, work, and daily life. It helps me find new things to use every day and improve my apps or come up with ideas for solutions while working on projects. What would you like to tell students around the world about the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador Program? I want to let you know that you can do anything you put your mind to. Keep studying, keep learning, keep helping others, and keep being kind. What advice would you give to new student ambassadors just starting out in the program? If you are afraid to do something, do it with fear. Those experiences will make you stronger and more resilient. And your example will inspire others to step out of their comfort zones. Share your favorite quote! It could be from a movie, a song, a book, or someone you know personally. Let us know why you chose it. What does it mean to you? “Be yourself and inspire others to be like you.” It made me realize that just being myself is enough. I don’t have to prove it to others, I just have to prove it to myself, and I just have to be inspired by the past and the ideas and opportunities that have supported me. Marcella attended the event. Tell us some interesting stories about yourself and your travels. Since I was accepted to MLSA, I have felt welcomed into a very beautiful community full of hope, inspiration, and love. As I have progressed through my journey, I have realized that I can do nothing alone, and that there will always be someone to hold my hand and help me.
