Intern in the IT student field. The position: The IT student intern will support the regional IT representative. Main tasks: Technical support for users and computers. Technical support for conferences and meetings. Inventory update for equipment and services in Africa and Asia. Involvement of staff in the AD self-service system. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Selection criteria Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent at a recognized university in Kenya. Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 operating system support. Knowledge of the ITIL framework. Support for Windows users and network infrastructure, Office 365 services, web conferencing Good English and communication skills. Good report writing skills. Should have a flexible study plan.
