What can an AI-based assistant do?

Our AI-powered assistant responds to prompts with AI-generated answers, connects ISVs with their designated engagement manager, and helps them get support when needed. It also surfaces discoverability opportunities with curated prompts like “How can ISV Success help you?” and “Contact your engagement manager.”

The AI-powered assistant will be generally available on all ISV Hub webpages at launch, meaning ISVs will have access to the assistant’s capabilities across the entire ISV Hub, making it easier than ever to get the support and information they need at their fingertips.

Improving the ISV Experience

With our AI-powered assistant, we aim to improve the overall ISV experience by providing timely and accurate information, facilitating connections with key contacts such as engagement managers (if actively enrolled in ISV Success) and support channels, and providing support throughout the journey. This innovative tool demonstrates our commitment to helping ISVs succeed and thrive in the ever-evolving software industry.
