My name is Michael Heyns and I’m a product manager on the Word Team. We’re excited to share a new way to leverage Copilot in Word to get coaching suggestions as you draft and iterate content in Word for the web. Improve your content with coaching with Copilot in Word for the web. Coaching through Copilot helps you clarify your ideas and provide suggestions as you review content for improvements beyond grammar and spelling. Suggestions are separate from the content and nothing will be written unless you decide to change it. You can choose whether Copilot will review the entire document or select highlighted sections. How it works 1. Open an existing Word document containing the content you want to review. 2. Highlight a section of text or the entire document, then co-pilot select an icon Get Coaching. memo:If you select less than the minimum required, Copilot expands your selection. 3. Scroll and select the arrow to review the suggestions. tips and tricks To get feedback on the entire document Select the entire document and then Press Alt + I to open the Copilot menu and select it.Get Coaching.
