• All types of agriculture are taken into consideration, along with vocational training and the provision of scholarships and awards for young people attending educational institutions in New Zealand taking agricultural courses.

Eligibility Criteria

• To be eligible for a scholarship/bursary or trust grant, you must have one or more of the following:
  • Training and education of personnel in the field of agriculture, research and education, development and expansion of project sciences related to agriculture, horticulture, forestry, deer husbandry, cultivation and all other forms of agricultural activities and land use and productivity.
  • Agricultural training and education in the East Coast Hills of New Zealand;
  • Take an agricultural course at an institution established for that purpose in New Zealand.
  • Prizes, awards, trophies or memorials;
  • facilities in the Weber area to improve the quality of life of people living in and around agricultural areas;
  • The education and development of poor or needy people who are connected in some way to the East Coast of the North Island, whether through agricultural or non-agricultural courses or occupations.

Application Requirements

• The Trustees will evaluate applications based on information provided by applicants and recommenders. Therefore, it is important that applicants complete their application as completely and accurately as possible and provide a resume with their application.
• Applicants should consider whether they meet the eligibility criteria before submitting an application.
• Evidence of eligibility must be provided with your application.
