Program duration The IRC began working about 30 years ago in the Central Program for the Prevention and Response to Violence against the Most Vulnerable Groups in the Humanitarian Context, being a special education and respect for humanitarian actors in the General Violence (VBG) and Child Protection Program. The IRC was one of the first humanitarian organizations and responded to all points of this regional arc of crises; with an office in El Salvador that compiles the programs in Honduras and Guatemala, and with programs focused in recent years on reasentamiento and integration.
