Get inspired with templates, tools, and tips from Microsoft Create

Hello, Insiders! I’m Katharine Grant, a Principal Product Manager on the Microsoft Create team. I’m excited to share an early preview of Microsoft Create, a website that helps you create videos, graphic design documents, presentations, and more.

Get inspired, save time, and take your creative skills to the next level with Create. Think of Create as the ultimate creator launchpad for everything from compelling presentations to stunning social video posts to printed birthday cards. With thousands of professionally designed templates and the power of Microsoft’s collection of content creation apps (including PowerPoint, Word, and Clipchamp for video editing), anyone can create something inspiring. And no design experience required.

How it works

1. Visit Microsoft CreateGet inspired by beautiful, professional-quality templates from Microsoft’s content creation tools. Tip: You can also get to Template Creation and Sites from the Create section of Microsoft 365 apps.
2. Find customizable templates. Search for specific items or browse collections. Templates are organized by social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and topics (e.g. birthdays, budgets, or flyers).
3. Create something uniquely your own. All templates are fully customizable. Change fonts, colors, animations, and other design elements for free using PowerPoint, Word, Designer, Clipchamp, and other creative apps! Or, if you know exactly what you want to create, you can always start from scratch.

Scenarios to try

• Create funny TikTok videos that get all the views. Select from the top navigation bar. Template > TikTok Find a template you like. Add your own video clips, change the message, apply effects, and share using Clipchamp.
• Celebrate an upcoming birthday with a personalized party invitation. From the top navigation bar. Template > birthday Browse your collection, customize the date, time, and location, then share it with family and friends.
• Create a compelling story for your next business proposal, school report, or personal project, such as sharing your family tree research. Select Template> Presentation Find the template that best suits your style, then customize it in PowerPoint to best tell your unique story.
