Today, I want to share another example of how your feedback is impacting Office. Some of you have been vocal about wanting a feature that was available in Excel 2011 for Mac but has been removed in later versions. We’ve heard your feedback and are happy to announce that you can once again set the print orientation at the worksheet level. If you have worksheets in the same workbook with different (or mixed) orientations, you can now print only the first worksheet, which may be a summary or table of contents, in portrait mode, with the rest of the worksheets printed on landscape pages to fit the width of the contents. Until now, the orientation and paper size settings for individual worksheets have been overridden by the following settings: print dialog box. That is, if you have one sheet to print portrait and one sheet to print landscape, you had to print them separately, otherwise they both print in the same orientation. The setting has been removed. print A dialog box will appear and you will now need to click on each specific worksheet in the Page Layout tab of the ribbon to configure it. orientation Click the button portrait or sight. We usually release features over a period of time to make sure everything is working smoothly. This also applies to Insiders. Since we release slowly to a larger number of Insiders, we highlight features that you may not have. Sometimes we remove elements based on your feedback to make it even better. This is rare, but we also have the option to remove a feature from the product entirely, even if you, as an Insider, have had the opportunity to try it out. feedback We’d love to hear from you!
