Microsoft Build: Developer Learning Day in London, UK Microsoft Build: Developer Learning Day Hosted in partnership with NVIDIA and attended by over 300 attendees, the event focused on sharing post-build insights and perspectives from the community and Microsoft employees. Participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on Dev Tools, Cloud Platform, AI Development, Copilot, and Azure Data & Analytics through technical sessions. Four of the five sessions were co-presented by MVPs. Sue Bayes, Callum White, Daniel Lawand Alpha Buddhavati. In addition, the lab space featured two 60-minute lab sessions that provided hands-on learning experiences on deep learning and transformer-based natural language processing. On the first day 2024 Microsoft Build After PartyFive MVPs/RDs shared their insights on the latest Azure AI technologies with over 100 attendees through hands-on sessions and panel discussions. They covered Copilot Studios, multimodal generative AI, responsible AI, low-code development, and cloud platforms. On the second day, Microsoft Build 2024 – After Party with MVPs A diverse range of speakers, including Microsoft Learn student ambassadors and community leaders, provided attendees with new insights into emerging technologies like Power Platform and Microsoft 365. One of the MVP hosts of the Microsoft Build 2024 After Party with MVPs, Lee In-heeThis event expressed what we were able to convey to the participants: “We shared insights into the benefits of GenAI, which is the disruption and democratization of existing technologies. Anyone can easily utilize the technology at a low cost.” After Microsoft Build and AI Day in Shanghai, Beijing and Taiwan (Shenzhen and Hong Kong) In partnership with Microsoft Asia and Microsoft Reactor and 16 technology communities, a series of Post-Microsoft Build and AI Day events will take place in June 2024. Shanghai, Beijingand Greater Bay Area (Shenzhen and Hong Kong) attracted significant interest from people looking to learn about the latest AI solutions. More than 400 attendees attended the event in person, and the online streaming reached over 140,000 viewers. This hybrid event series provided an opportunity to learn about the latest technology topics announced at Microsoft Build, including Azure AI, .NET, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, LLM, SLM, Data Analytics and Integration, and Edge Computing. Eleven MVPs were on hand as speakers to provide technical insights and engage attendees in discussions at the booth, enhancing the event experience for both in-person and online attendees. The event in Shanghai coincided with Children’s Day, and featured a special “Hour of Code · Children’s Day Edition”. HaohuAI Platform MVP conducted an AI hands-on workshop on marine conservation for children. This initiative showed how AI can be utilized across generations. Microsoft Build Japan 2024 – Virtual Event in Tokyo, Japan Microsoft Japan provides an opportunity for Japanese-speaking users to learn about the latest technologies announced at Microsoft Build. Microsoft Build Japan 2024. Eight MVPs spoke during this two-day virtual event. On day one, four MVPs shared important updates on Azure AI and developer-focused topics. On day two, another four MVPs covered Microsoft 365, including Copilot, and the latest devices like Copilot+ PC and Surface. Tomokazu Kizawa This was his first time speaking at a Microsoft-hosted event. Reflecting on his experience and the key messages he wanted to convey to attendees, he shared his thoughts: “From a user perspective outside of Microsoft, I focused on specifically communicating how new technologies like Copilot+ PC can positively impact their daily lives and work.
