We’re Daniel Beade and Primadona K, two product managers on the OneNote team, and we’re excited to announce an improved way to take notes with Quick Notes in OneNote on Windows. Improved note-taking experience in Quick Note Many of you have told us that you are looking for a more efficient and faster way to record your thoughts, reminders, and notes. To this we responded as follows: We’ve integrated a sleek new toolbar with useful text formatting options and ink capabilities. Provides faster access to screen clipping. Switching from Windows to OneNote just got easier with the overflow menu. As a reminder, here are all the ways you can access the Quick Notes environment: Press Windows key + Alt + N. Click the OneNote icon in the system tray. Click on the back of the pen. In OneNote on Windows, select: see > New quick note. How it works Add text and take advantage of the text formatting tools available in the new toolbar. The OneNote app can be downloaded from: Microsoft Store or through ~ OneNote.com/Download. effectiveness This feature is rolling out to Insiders using Version 2302 (Build 16118.20002) or later. memo: This feature is currently only available in OneNote for Windows. It is not available in OneNote for Windows 10. Features are released over time to ensure everything works smoothly. They are released slowly to a larger number of Insiders, highlighting features you may not have. Sometimes we remove elements based on your feedback to make them even better.
