About Us:

AL-AMEEN for humanitarian support is a non-governmental organization founded by a group of volunteers during the Syrian crisis in 2012 and is registered in the USA, Sweden and Turkey.

AL-AMEEN is Implementation of projects through regional offices in Syria, Turkey, Lebanon, Yemen, Sudan, Iraq, Palestine and Somalia.

Our areas of work are health, nutrition, education, food security and livelihoods (FSL), protection, shelter and non-food items, washing and sanitation.

AL-AMEEN He also manages development projects and works to strengthen civil society and local government.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Drive the vehicle safely in accordance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
On-time transport of people or goods to the desired destination.
regularly cleans the interior and exterior of the vehicle(s)
Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is ready for use (e.g. checking oil, water, tires, brakes).
Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out.
immediately reports all accidents in which the project or company vehicle was involved, including minor accidents, damage, loss or theft of vehicle equipment
Follow the prescribed routes and instructions of management.
Perform regular maintenance and report any malfunctions or problems with the vehicle.
Daily reporting of trips and kilometers traveled.
Punctuality, calmness and professional behavior.

Qualifications:

supports other colleagues in the project, program or office if necessary, provided there is no travel planned, also takes on other office work on request
If necessary, take on other related tasks assigned to you by your supervisor Qualifications

• Abitur or equivalent qualification.
• A valid driving license suitable for the type of vehicle to be driven.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety practices.
• Possibility to switch between governorates
• Effective communication skills.

Languages:

• Arabic and Turkish are compulsory (oral and written)
