Zoom on our activities in Chad

Our mission in Chad has been in place since 2004. PUI and the development of an integrated approach with health and nutrition at the heart of these interventions. PUI is active in the context of the prevention and fight against malnutrition and has also provided support in other urgent cases (floods, crisis in Sudan). Today, the mission works on 4 projects.

And the coordinator for administration and finance in all this?

As an administrative and financial coordinator, you are responsible for the proper financial management, accounting and budgeting of the tasks in charge of administration and jurisdiction. You see the referent in the mission’s material, both internal and external (citizens, authors, NGOs…).

This means that you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Financial, budgetary and accounting management: You will be responsible for all aspects of finance, including budgetary and accounting elements as well as the treasury of the mission.
• Administration and Jurisdiction: They oversee the administrative files and ensure that the statute and function of the mission are in accordance with the legal order and that the requirements for intervention fees are met.
• Representation: You will represent the association of partners, authorities and various local actors related to the mission’s financial, administrative, judicial and human resources. You will be responsible for the development of the financial portfolio between ONG de PUI (administration, finance, legal, RH…).
• Coordination: They centralize and disseminate mission and siege information to all those involved in the mission’s financial, administrative, legal and resource areas and consolidate internal and external reporting in these areas.

What you absolutely have to consider:

1 – Accompanying the mission to diversify project portfolios (urgency and development) 2 – Accompanying field equipment (assembly in skills, training, mobility) 3 – Deployment of the OHADA system

This is what you need to know

• formation : You can obtain a higher diploma (minimum Master 2 or equivalent) in financial/compatibility management. Training in human resources management and/or project management will also be highly appreciated.
• Experience : You have at least three years of experience in financial management / compliance. Have you ever used a lien function with these activity domains in an international NGO network? We will be very pleased. Have you worked with Première Urgence Internationale? That is really undeniable!
• Competencies : You are responsible for financial management and equipment management and have a thorough knowledge of the procedures of the main managers of institutional funds. Excel is no secret to you and you can perfect the compatibility logic of SAGA.
• Required qualities : You have good relationships, a facilitation of communication, including oral writing, and you have made the effort to work in a team. You have the necessary ability to make decisions, a sense of responsibility and reliability, a sense of organization, a reactivity and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and are able to work under pressure.
• Languages : Is there no secret for you in French and English? Tant mieux, it is indispensable for this post! When speaking with the Arabic, this representative is not at all denyable.

• Gross monthly salary: 2,650.00 – 3,130.00 EUR for your experience in international solidarity + 50 € per semester with PUI
