This demonstrates our commitment to providing a centralized platform for coordinating, managing and reporting communications campaigns. Reporting and analytics are an important part of Amplify’s value. Now you can go deeper into engagement and capture new metrics to understand the impact of your communications. Report showing audience count and percentage: The default audience data in Viva Amplify reports has been updated to show counts instead of percentages when all organization members have access to a publication. This change aims to provide clearer data, especially in scenarios with very large audiences. In some business scenarios, seeing the entire available audience is exactly what campaign members need. In these scenarios, you can open the “Edit View” button and toggle the “Include Entire Organization” switch. User signals in data graph: Amplify Reports and Analytics now includes historical trend charts for unique viewers and promotions, allowing you to visualize data over time and publish endpoints to provide analytics. reaction: Readers’ reactions to your publications are tracked and displayed on new visual cards. This allows campaign members to select a time period to see more closely how readers are reacting to campaign content. UTC toggle: The UTC toggle allows users to switch between local time and UTC (Universal Time) in the “Edit View” panel, which affects all time-based graphs in the report. This feature helps users uniformly compare and understand data regardless of time zone. Export report data: Users can now export data from Viva Amplify reports in three ways: Each method allows users to save and share report data in a variety of formats. We’re constantly updating and prioritizing feature improvements based on feedback from people like you. Please check Viva Amplify Roadmap Stay tuned for new updates.
