We built our AI assistant to help you achieve your business goals faster with personalized insights, intelligent suggestions, and quick answers to everyday questions. Access everything from insights into your Solution Partner designation score, to end-to-end guidance, membership management, and billing information, such as Azure credit usage trends. Responses are pulled from Microsoft product documentation, partner program guides, and Partner Center data. The technology is continually being improved to provide more personalized support. It is currently available in preview to all partners using the English version of Partner Center, and we are actively working to make this feature available in additional languages by the end of 2024. How does it work? Access the AI assistant in Partner Center by selecting the shiny icon in the top right corner of the page. The AI Assistant panel opens on the right side of the page. Start a conversation with your AI assistant by selecting a topic from a drop-down menu, using a guided prompt, or asking a question. Continue to ask questions and follow the prompts as necessary. If you want to start over or ask a new question, reset the thread by selecting the ‘Refresh’ icon in the top right corner of the AI assistant panel. What if I need additional help? At any time, if you are not satisfied with the AI Assistant response or simply want to talk to our support team, you can initiate a support ticket using the Contact Support option at the bottom of the AI Assistant screen. Explore our documentation to learn about specific use cases, best practices for writing effective prompts, and more.
