Glint released the latest new features and improvements on September 21, 2024. Scheduled monthly releases and regular maintenance are how we best serve our customers. Microsoft 365 Copilot by Viva Glint

Viva Glint’s Copilot summarizes survey comments written in languages ​​other than English. As a Copilot user, you can still interact with Copilot in English, but Copilot now summarizes non-English comments left by survey respondents. To collect the best feedback, encourage your employees to leave comments in their native language. Microsoft 365 Copilot currently supports 27 languages..

What’s new on the Viva Glint platform

Every Viva Glint purchase includes our 360 Feedback Program! 360 feedback programs provide multiple perspectives to gather insights into employees’ strengths and opportunities, and focus on long-term improvement.

You can export your report to PDF quickly and easily. All Glint reports now include a full PDF experience with fast generation times and features like search, markup, highlighting, and preview. You can also choose which sections of the report to export. This is an improvement that our customers have been asking for! Read about PDF improvements.

Navigate between Viva apps with ease. The Viva App Bar is a shared Microsoft component that allows Viva Suite users to seamlessly search and navigate the Viva apps they have purchased on the web. Viva Glint integrates with these shared navigation elements to ensure that users have a consistent experience across Viva apps.

Enhanced data manager experience. Microsoft Viva Glint administrators can decide how to handle survey responses for deleted users and how Glint reuses employee IDs over time. Learn more New user data options General settings features and their Impact of deleting a user.

Collaborate with Viva Glint across multiple tenants. use Multi-tenant Organization (MTO) capabilities in Microsoft 365 Allow survey participants and dashboard users from multiple tenants to access Glint from their home tenant. Get a holistic view of employee sentiment across your organization, no matter how complex your tenant configuration.
