Deadline: June 27, 2016 The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), an agency within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is accepting applications to support a national capacity-building center that will expand and strengthen the capacity of domestic violence and dating violence service programs, state domestic violence coalitions, community-based programs, and tribal and tribal programs.
